Whenever you hear ANYONE blame ANYTHING on immigrants, say:
"It's not immigrants, it's oligarchs."
Always. Every time. Make it a stock phrase. Make it the conventional wisdom. Because it happens to be true, but it's also bite-sized enough to catch on and spread.

That’s why the incumbent party will continue to use scapegoats for the pain they’re going to inflict on the population. They will continue to blame the immigrants. Don’t let them do that while the oligarchs raid the treasury.
