Heading out to #NKD tomorrow, the #naturist #festival put on by #BritishNaturism, and, whaddaya know, expect rain.

Over that first summer, my confidence grew and grew as the greenery did. I felt totally safe and relaxed in the woods wearing nothing at all (well, maybe shoes). The shelter of trees make a great place to take those first steps - go on, try it.

People seem to get very worried about my feet. I’ve actually walked barefoot most of my life. It’s healthy for your feet to move naturally instead of being stuffed inside a shoe. Your feet toughen with use, so most rocks don’t hurt anymore.
