She says Democrats are “pretending to be outraged.” The hypocrisy and lies. The lack of following the law. The removal of USAID but wanting to use money to build up Gaza. I really wish I wasn’t paying attention.

Listening to Senator Brian Schatz (I had to look him up) from Hawaii on PBS’s live coverage. He is speaking up about USAID and Project 2025 and that what is going on right now is unlawful.

Yesterday, when I wasn’t looking for anything, I saw this beautiful bookshelf listed for sale in a local moms marketplace group for very little. It’s a Globe Wernicke Sectional Bookcase (each shelf is a separate piece!) & I just love looking at it! Maybe it will be where all of my favorite books go.

I’m someone who can go to bed & fall asleep, no trouble at all. Not recently. I can’t even get myself to call it a night. I just stay up. Late. For a few+ reasons, my mind is anxious, worried, unhappy. I searched for some words to calm me and this quote by John Green is helping. “There is hope…”

My dog is the same! I like the ear-warmer idea. 😊

My 14yr old sprained her ankle July 5th. In Oct, still having some pain, her PT recommended an ortho clinic to see if anything else was going on. The ortho doctor spent 5 min with us & was no help at all. Obviously he was the wrong doc for us. There should be an option to “Return” a #doctor visit. 🤨

This chair’s not really big enough but we’re making it work. And now that my kids are t(w)eens, I miss this type of cuddling-with-a-little-being. #loveDogs
