Yeeees, and that's not what is being disagreed with. The way that they are suggesting to do it is to take it out legitimately from a library but download it to use in a more useful way illegitimately.

Same with checking a book out of a library but pirating it because it's impossible to put the library version onto at least an old Kindle.

What they're saying is like paying for Prime, putting the Prime versions of a show on in the background while you're not there, but pirating it so it doesn't have adverts. They still get to log a watch, you get the better experience.
