And so begins my The Paradox Paradox by @dan.nerdcubed.co.uk and I've already sniggered at the backers at the front of the book (and said the obligatory "Bjorn van Rijsen" in _that_ voice).

I've got just over half an hour of Nettle and Bone audiobook left (by @tkingfisher.bsky.social) and if a certain moment isn't a fake out then I will be very unimpressed by how much this book has played with my emotions. And by that I mean that it's impressive just how well it's been managed!

Got the frame up for @mrrebecca.co.uk's Barry the Woodpigeon, but I have to ask: why does it say "I am boob" in light pencil along the top? I mean, I see the resemblance, just wondering the provenance of the text!

Having been at home on a Saturday night for the first time in months I have found out how much I relied on scrolling through through the Other Places to get me through watching naff Saturday night TV with my parents. Blue Sky is too classy for such things!

I haven't been as happy a puppy to see an email as the notification that @mrrebecca.co.uk has shipped a picture of a wood pigeon named Barry to me in Some Time.
