I’m gonna get real self-indulgent here! But I’m thinking, after a year or two of the public getting to know Arlen, and seeing how much she and Alistair clearly love each other, Alistair’s court will permit the two to formally marry. Which will also strengthen the Orzammar/Ferelden alliance

For the end of the game, I’m also thinking she’ll elect to remain as Alistair’s mistress after he’s crowned, with a role in the Ferelden government, acting as an ambassador for Orzammar/Ferelden relations.

I’m thinking part of her respects his ability to play the game, and she strikes a deal with him, that she’d support him in exchange for his support in the blight, and that she’ll be reinstated into the family and be given an advisory role to help keep him in cheque. GW political policy be damned lol

I’m leaning towards Bhelen because, even though she went there with revenge in her heart, when she finally confronts him, she still sees her little brother. She doesn’t want to see her family ruined after all she’s lost.
