Mark for myself to check in the future: the Fig. 4 H3K27me3 HFFc6 example is very worrying. Is this a failed experiment? Do the millions of peaks by LANCEOTRON, GOPEAKS and SEACR look real? Do they satisfy the eye test on a genome browser track?

I've been meaning to write a lengthy thread about our experiences with DNA methylation editing in mouse ESCs if that would be useful (or interesting?) for a niche audience here. tl;dr: it was frustrating but we learned a lot, and it ended with our shiny new pub (1/17) www.nature.com/articles/s41...

I want to draw my own schematic view of droplet single cell for figures in papers, but I don't know how to use Inkscape or Illustrator or the like. What I did? I drafted it first by hand, and then use TikZ to draw! Because why not? It was fun! The tex code is here:
