- Russia shall not rebuild the Kerch bridge

The Article 5 like security guarantee may lack teeth without the US. All more the reason to rebuild European military strength at fever pitch.

The USA is a kleptocracy with corporate welfare policy. Greed and self enrichment are the name of the game.

In the interwar years Poland and Lithuania had no diplomatic relations over their territorial dispute over Vilnius. No land borders No postal mail service.
Compare that to how Russians are allowed to swagger around Europe in the present...

just read about his countless near-death experiences during childhood, from drinking acid, to falling from three stories, to asphyxiation, poisoning, and drowning, to getting burned by a gunpowder explosion.

Looking forward to Ukraine mounting a Phalanx CIWS or GAU-8/A Avenger next. Great for propulsion.

What this really means is Belgium can't be bothered to work with France and the Netherlands to cover its tiny airspace, and pay those countries for their inconvenience. Sure there are NATO commitments Belgium needs to uphold, but that's not the size of their entire air fleet...

By next year they will have noticed the airframe is well past its lifespan, sell it for scraps, only to realize they still have military use, attempt to buy them back, only to find out the asking price is now ten-fold. Yeah that's what happened to Belgian tanks.

Russia honed its craft in Syria, including the 2016 Urum al-Kubra aid convoy attack.

At this rate they'll strike Russia's Pacific Fleet... and after that, take down their satellites.

Blair earns up to $500,000 from speech engagements. He's not being lined up to lead but to line his own pockets and those of his friends.

Big tech has been enabling authoritarianism since at least the 1930s, starting with IBM and the holocaust.

It is a brand new system, with increasing backfill, so it's probably most of the production capacity available. I believe Ukraine got the very first few production models to trial under real combat situations already last year.

These companies are brilliant and ingenious in tax evasion and getting corporate welfare. Their whole business model revolves around ignoring rules. Under MAGA the US is now run on the same principles.

Macron was brave to put forward the option, but yeah, disappointing that politicians prefer short term status quo over long term strategic planning. You will see them scramble to respond only when it is too late.

Sending European nation troops West of the Dnieper to garrison the borders, and establishing a no fly zone there would free up the Ukrainian Army to reach parity or even numerical superiority in the East.

Trump believes he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts in "mediating" various conflicts. He will keep looking for sacrificial lambs to satisfy his ego.

Russia would retaliate, seizing foreign business assets. There would be pressure on European governments to compensate. Although if you are still in Russia at this point, I feel businesses are to blame...
