I suspect their tacking right has more to do with the anti-establishment populism than it does the establishment criticism...

They may have become to most established opposition party to never have held power, and somehow the are seen as towing the establishment líne despite everything...

I don't get the distinction between Trans and Intersex conditions, the mind-body duality doesn't seem valid here. Trans-ness seems a clear intersex condition, and our common struggle has more in common than divides us.

That would be the case, if they cared about safety and competition, but they actually care about causing suffering.

They specificly want to make living as a trans person so difficult that everyone goes back in the closet - and if they achieve a fraction of this, they will claim it proves...

If that. Is different in the UK (I assume the two legal systems are similar) then it's not really relevant to a discussion of Ireland.

A Barrister is not to be conflaged with the person or actions they represent. They are required to represent everyone without discrimination.
