If Microsoft do not make a firm statement against this soon, I'm pretty sure I'm upgrading them to Boycott For Life.

This is utterly reprehensible and if they somehow endorse this naked, virulent bigotry, they are a valid target forevermore.
I asked Microsoft PR about this—specially the DHS using Halo IP to recruit for ICE—and the company declined to comment.

Amazing work by our friends in Ireland to write and launch a bill to decriminalise sex work, which would enable sex workers to work together for safety, and improve their health and access to workers’ rights.

"These examples illustrate how racism and misogyny intersect to produce ideal victims (the white mother, the white child) and ideal perpetrators (the predatory migrant man). Under this framework, violence committed by white men is minimised and attacks on non-white women and children go unnoticed."
'In June, when two Romanian-speaking teenagers were charged with attempted rape in Ballymena, there were anti-foreigner riots and violence for over a week.

A disturbing report published by The Detail, found about half of the rioters arrested had domestic abuse complaints filed against them. '

If you are thinking of voting for Jim Gavin tomorrow, just a PSA that the most likely effect of that vote would be increasing the odds of Gavin meeting the threshold so that Fianna Fáil can claim a load of their expenses back from the campaign.

Last night's violence at Citywest Hotel will do nothing for the young victim of sexual assault.

People are absolutely right to be angry. It is horrendous that a vulnerable 10 year old girl in state care was not protected. Don't let that anger be directed at other vulnerable people.

It's hard to fathom for most people just how much effort and money is being poured into anti-trans shit, but it's billionaires, the entire apparatus of religious right think tanks like ADF, Heritage etc, entire media empires like Rupert Murdoch's, whole political parties and world governments...
I'm so sick of discourse from supposed allies about where trans people went wrong.

Where we "went wrong" is that billionaires spent unimaginably large sums to attack us repeatedly and major media outlets have spent a decade piling on.
