Say hi to everyone for me. I wish I could have flown out for it, but today was my last day teaching, and then this evening I was a guest judge for a Jpn poetry contest. I'll listen to their discography in solidarity with all the homies partying tonight.

Tomorrow I'm going into campus to get my faculty ID and see if I can't get keys to my office. If not, I'll work in the library. I have to finish the final edits on my dissertation and submit them so that I can cross it off the list and focus on teaching!

Oh, just say "$30, come pick it up," and then accept when someone offers 20. I'm sure there's *someone* who will want it, if even just for the scrap wood. We got 150 for our wardrobe that's 320 new, and ours had some reinforcement where the wood cracked.

10 years is a good life of service for furniture. At least the frame is something you can sell, unlike the mattress. We just sold an IKEA wardrobe so we don't have to pay the movers for the extra weight.

Stop and take pictures of the dinosaurs on the drive out. It's very campy and my spouse loves them.
