Two unexpected days of mild rains in Phoenix (in June!!) are an unusual break for our desert plants. Visited the Desert Botanical Garden.

A happy thanksgiving from Arizona.

Here’s one that walked past my front door. We live next to a national park, so we expect and don’t interfere with wild animals. Coyotes are fairly shy and will avoid humans. Be wary of them when they have a case of dynamite from Acme, though.

Happened to notice a mama hummingbird feeding her youngster in my backyard!
