Not sure what else your MCAS lets you eat but if citrus juice and banana are ok, I used to make a homemade "orange julius" drink with orange juice, a banana, and a raw egg blended up. You can also add ice if desired.

For context, as a child I used to live in a widow-populated area where we had to shake out our shoes every morning before putting them on and our garage was full of webs. Nobody in my family ever got bit and in all those years I only met one person who had been bitten (non-fatally).

Chill. Black widows generally bother nobody. They won't bite unless they are trapped with no escape; They'd much rather crawl away and find a quiet dark corner to web in. Also, one doesn't necessarily mean there are any more - they are solitary spiders. It's not like Arachnophobia. ;)

I'd say that was a highly justified hostilty! If someone imprisoned and tortured/experimented on me and infected me with three diseases, I sure wouldn't be their fan either.
