Cape Town is at the opposite end of the country, in the Western Cape Province. There is a long-standing rivalry between these two regions of the country, dating back to the early 1800s.)

Today, everytime I open the door, I get this little moment of surprise and joy at how clean it is. We are often overwhelmed by all the things we have to do, or feel we should do, or even what we want to do. So today I encourage you to tackle just one, and then celebrate the small win.
