Unintended #cat toy... The girls have been having a BLAST all day with this - jumping between branches, chewing the ends of the twigs, chasing each other around it... Who would have thought this would be so entertaining for outdoor cats!?!

If you're looking for a good holiday read, I recommend “The perfect wife”, by JP Delaney. It's not often I read a book that I want to give 6 stars to, but this is one. I can't say much without giving away the twists, but what I can say is that this book is timely, and 🧵

While driving to family lunch today, we saw this incredible double bow, & I was reminded on this Easter of the promise God made to never again destroy the world. Rather, God has fulfilled his promise to save it by sending Jesus. He is risen! Alleluia!

This licence plate made me giggle this morning. Clearly some poor Gautenger wishes they lived in CT permanently. After all, it IS the best city in the country, if not the world!

I'm sick (again) so spent the day in bed yesterday. It was so incredible that both girls came to lie with me, at the same time, for a significant portion of the morning. They're not super cuddly, so I felt very loved. #catsofbluesky

I've been thinking A LOT about scarcity mindset recently, realising how much of one I have, and how it plays out in every interaction I have with people. Most importantly, I'm learning how it even affects my view of God. I didn't choose this - who would choose this?! -

Thank God my daughter is okay! Truck driver had parked over the stop Street and the centre line. She slowly tried to take the corner, but scraped the lamp post (not enough space because of truck) and then panicked, hitting the cable securing the lamp post. She's ok. Car not so much! 🧵

There's nothing quite like being able to sit outside on the deck/porch with a good cuppa, listening to the rain & birds. So peaceful! #rainyday
