Basically, patients are getting fucked and there's a reason why I joyfully confront medical bills concerning shit coding. Because some would rather wipe away the debt than code properly, I shit you not.

The older, more disabled, and/or more complicated the procedures and diseases being treated are? The less likely AI will be able to code it. And that's assuming whoever filled the chart provided all relevant information in a legible format w/o assuming the AI knows any potential shorthanded info.
