Did a quick read and this confirmed what I was saying earlier: it's an at root ATProto issue and there's nothing stating protection from gen AI. At that, there's a section saying there's no culpability concerning what third parties do. Fair, but that plus no active protections ain't it.

To be blunt, it's disturbing me how much these lists keep receiving a scale of pushback regardless of their intent and total lack of use - to my knowledge, I'm one of maybe 3 people who use these lists. I have no interest in interacting with or receiving information from people who'd eulogize a fascist and minimize the genocidal harm they advocated for. I haven't harassed anyone, nor do I respond/reply/quote post anyone with issues with the list. That's a hard boundary I'm not crossing, so I'd like to know why my account - and my lists - were suspended.

My concern is this: how will this affect moderation decisions if Bluesky's moderation standards seem to be enacted wholesale regardless of whatever instance I'm on? Blacksky has it's own TOS, and I've seen that in my experiences, but also I've seen the limits of that.

Bluesky's rules and these changes absolutely seem like a warning sign that they'll overstep the rules and regulations of other instances if they want - as they already have. How does Blacksky plan to handle that?

I got a canned response from Bluesky Mods but, again, I'm baffled:

-I switched over to Blacksky, so I should be under @blackskyweb.xyz jurisdiction to begin with. So this feels like overstepping?
-There was no reason for my suspension other than that folks were offended by my lists.
