Really appreciate this post! It’s so easy to get caught up in our thoughts and let them run the show. Thich Nhat Hanh talks about simply bringing ourselves back to the present moment—again and again. No need to fight our thoughts, just notice and return.

There are many ways to channel the pain. One powerful way is through community connection. Other ways could be turning frustration into creative expression, helping others, or simply taking a step back to rest and recharge.

Pain is part of life, especially in uncertain times. It’s important to acknowledge that pain. But we also need to recognize that suffering is a choice. By making a real effort to step away from suffering, we can reclaim control over how we experience hardship.

Some great scholar once said "committing injustice is a crime, tolerating it is a bigger crime". So in that regard the human residents of this planet earth are all criminals. They are either committing injustice or tolerating or turning blind eye.
