My current Brexit position is that the English should only be let back into the family of civilised nations if the entire population receive mandatory annual rabies vaccinations and are muzzled and kept on a leash at all times when visiting the continent.

Hey no need to worry about it. Starmer's line is that migrants do nothing but harm the UK and are turning it into an island of strangers. Therefore, you're perfectly okay slagging off foreigners, dropping the mask of decency and exposing your innate xenophobia, etc. Tis fashionable these days.

"It"? wow. Been called a lot of things as foreigner in the UK, but "it" is a new one. Congrats for mining new depths.

Sure, that justifies condoning and supporting genocide. Hands all washed clean, Pearly Gates wide open at the end. "We didn't have a choice." Anyhow, plenty of choice next time around, have a wee peek at the polls to see how well the centrist apologists are doing.

Fascinating that you have knowledge of my definitions. You must be very mighty indeed.

I've had this discussion with Labour voters who try to convince me that aye they may have voted for a party that supports genocide, demonises disabled people & migrants, refuses to tax the rich preferring to punish the poor, and wants "to make Brexit work", but that they're decent people at heart.

Mayhap ask the Surprised Eel Historian @greenleejw.bsky.social ? Bit of a different historical field, but hey, Roman, Medieval, it all predates the birth of me, when history started properly, innit?

When? Where? How? Gimme!

Aww shucks, now Imma have to write a story about the palace (I've done one on the Brighton (Patcham) finds at the Elaine Evans Exhibition in the Brighton Museum). Anyhow, here's evidence of our visit, I'm the one who's clearly mastered Roman re-enactment unlike my mate who obviously does a poor job.

An incredible site, well worth the visit. Don't forget the second hand book shop.

I recently wrote something similar about the Procoptodon Goliah, i.e. stick him in a Tatooine canteen and none would be the wiser.

Labour 'centre' or 'progressive'? Are you aware that the United Nations has highlighted active British collusion with genocide recently, naming Starmer's government? I know the British press paid that no attention whatsoever, but that did happen. Since when is enabling genocide progressive?

Surely they have enough beasties in Oz to keep 'em screaming for a lifetime already?
