Get a SAAS tool and use it.
Maybe connect/automate a few tools together at most (perhaps even with AI agents as @mackuba.eu suggested).
It will not be perfect, and it costs a few bucks. But you will save lots of time

Being busy for the sake of activity isn't the goal as a freelancer. The goal is to work that pays well.
Unless you are in your early days of getting credits or referrals, I would rather focus on well-paid work and say no to less-ideal / lower-paid work.
