Been tackling the drawabox 250 cylinder challenge each morning as a warmup, love seeing regular practice lead to clean results.
My guitar teacher always told me to play as relaxed as possible, to breath, and to slow down if I'm tensing up. Applying that to my drawing practice has been very helpful!

With that 100% perfect box, you can then use that information as a reliable tool to base all your other information off of and know that even if you're a little bit off, it won't affect the overall perspective.

![And that's because we only have two lines converging! They WILL converge somewhere,
but in this situation of drawing a cube in a vaccuum that "where" isn't really that important.
And since you won't often be drawing cubes in perfect oriented perspective (save for cityscapes),
you'd be surprised how helpful it is to be able to draw any sort of cube at any angle regardless
of set perspective.
So now that we've established this, you probably had a reason for drawing this cube.
Whether that's for reference, to describe a cube-shaped item, to place an item inside for perspective, etc etc
Stuff needs to go IN the cube, how is the outside actually helping us here?

Since we know that our outside surface of the box is reliable and 100% accurate,
we can easily use these as reference points to place EVERY OTHER LINE
Even if we can't extend the lines far enough to determine the actual vanishing point, basing
every other line off of these box tentpoles will make sure that any missteps

![First, two rules:
1. A perspective point is created when two lines converge, so their convergence (however slight)
is a significant influence on the illusion of perspective (however slightly)

2. as we are working with 3 axes, we must ensure they're all pointed in different directions

So long as these two rules are followed your perspective should feel grounded and believable!

We'll probably mess it up later, but working off
a reliable foundation will greatly minimize the effect that can have
To start, instead of extruding from a square, we only construct the outlines. Why? Well...

Question: Is it possible to have errant perspective with only two lines converging?
NO!
Except of course if two axes are converging in the same directions!
Otherwise, it's physically impossible.

Got significant hangups around many parts of the film but I can't deny that even despite them One Battle After Another was a masterful display of tension building and intricate, layered storytelling. The structure is so meticulously ad thoughtfully built up that I was entirely hooked throughout
