Literally the only brand of toothpaste I’ve used for more than a decade. It cleans so well! I also use their Extreme White in rotation sometimes when I indulge more in teeth standing things like tea or red wine.

I have long fine hair as well and my favourite brush has always been this one. The bristle are a little harsh brand new but it softens quickly. My first one lasted me over 20 years before I lost it. www.amazon.ca/ISINIS-Altes...

If you want to stay hydrated without breaking the seal a Sip Valve is a great addition. Not sure how well it would work with a Flo mask though. A nasal spray like Betadine would add another layer of protection too. And make sure to utilize the air vent to keep air moving around you.

I’ve been part of this community for almost 5 years now and very familiar with your work and posts. If you have stopped making fake profiles to get donations then congrats. I haven’t followed you in years because of all the shady stuff you were doing in the beginning and I will never trust you again
