It’s apparently so obvious in his mind that a white person couldn’t have been responsible that even with no proof whatsoever, it’s "common sense" that a minority is to blame.

"If it feels like an insurmountable amount of garbage is being dumped on us, that's by design. It’s creating such an avalanche of disappointment that we're left feeling disheartened, disillusioned, and discouraged. He wants us to become so numb to injustice that it becomes our new normal."
