I remember using one by American Button Machines that felt really solid and well made. They're an expensive setup, but if you're going to make a lot... They seem worth it.

To me the whole thing feels like a marketing gimmick. So ridiculous and laughable it's bound to go viral and everyone will talk about it, thus driving traffic to the shop and then hopefully conversion to sales.. maybe not of the merkin, but of Skims other items.
