My lunch is not "just" a sandwich. I took the time to toast the bread, to slice up the leftover roast chicken, to add sauerkraut, pickles, mayo. Taking the time to feed myself and breathe while I chew my food, slowly. Because slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.
