sorry for the woowoo, i'm just still kinda reeling bc i truly FELT things in this weekends rituals vs feeling like i am... idk. playing along & waiting to feel. this weekend & these people, something finally clicked into place.

(i had covid in december 2022 & as a person who does chores & walks my dog depsite literal flu, didn't leave bed for 4.5 days.)

but: i still do not meet enough criteria for ehlers-danlos, just like i only meet 2/4 criteria for POTS... so it still comes down to i think it's long covid as the culprit to my rapid decline since spring 2023.

i know amazon is *eek*, but they often sell in 3 or 4 packs for not a bad price so as to not lose lots of $ in case you don't like it! but there could be stores or other online shops that do the same 🤔 /ramble!
