My boyfriend and I for Halloween went as our friend’s totaled mustang car (him) and I went as the deer that totaled it. It took our friend a second to get it when he saw it and thankfully also found it funny and didn’t kick us out from the party lol.

One of Phoebe’s favorite shows is Ghost Adventures. She loves curling up next to me with this show and watching the tv. She wanted belly rubs from the team but they’re in the tv 😅

#DVParty After BHS, I'm querying my #YA #HORROR novel, The Drekavac, which I'm currently editing. After that, I'm drafting a #YA #SCIFI #HORROR that takes place in the post-climate collapse future where some Aliens are trying to save the Earth & its people, while others are trying to take it over.

BHS’ main character is Grace Halbert, a college freshman who wants to become an astrophysicist. She has mostly estranged herself from her parents, and in doing so, has been struggling to be doing the whole #adulting thing well. Thankfully, her new bf will let her stay w him for the summer. #dvparty

The wrath my cat Lilith feels towards this baby squirrel antagonizing her is almost visibly radiating off of her. It keeps going up to the glass on the balcony and teasing her. She’s face planted into the glass, and keeps lurching towards it. Her tail is swishing in wide, fast arcs. She angy.

Took the girls to a new vet today for routine checkup/vaccines and they were so nice to my kitties and then phoebe hissed on the second vaccine and told her off 😭 They saw my ESA label on her bag and I was like, “Yeah, she’s great at her job when she isn’t hissing at the vet 💀”

The kitties approve of my new keyboard but not of the Minecrafting.

I love that I can just go, “Ahh!! Bug!!!” And Phoebe will launch into the air like a sleeper agent activated by codeword and smack it down and curb stomp it. She takes her job seriously. She caught a fly first try today!

The way my cats are fascinated with my boyfriend’s work when he’s on the balcony doing woodwork. They watch him with such interest and intrigue. It’s pure joy.
A screen door is pulled across the entry to a patio where my boyfriend works on refurbishing a speaker. Inside, at the screen door, are my two black cats staring up at him in fascination and curiosity.

I went on vacation and my bf gifted me a Marc Jacob’s purse so I got Phoebe her own purse on vacation. Lilly likes it more than Phoebe; I think Phoebe wanted Mewy Vouitton instead.
