And currently being ghosted by one of my dearest friends just adds so much salt to the wound I can't even begin to express it. I don't know what happened and why they wouldn't text back anymore, we didn't have a fight, everything was fine a couple months ago and it re-opened old wounds, too

I pay very close attention to my friends' behaviours and speech/writing patterns and I catch on the tiniest clue that something is wrong, but I don't think there's anyone who pays the same attention to me.

I know it's not that deep but I still can't help but roll my eyes because we have women in the spotlight and somehow people (especially other women) make it about men again 🙄

Let me clarify: studies have shown that content of disordered eating behaviour does not necessarily influence people who do not have an ED but they trigger people who already suffer from EDs or are in the beginning stage of one and I think these people especially deserve to be protected.

All social media need stricter moderation because why is eating disorder promotion so rampant on all platforms?
