New Open Access article:
Matthias Naumann & David Rudolph link the “right to energy” with the “right to the countryside”, calling for a more just and sustainable approach to rural change.

I dunno, he's made some dodgy calls recently...

Good grief - that's borderline barbaric, I'm so sorry. All the more reason to take your time.

I won't share any pictures of me grinning like a goon with my crown of steel (?), but here's what came off my head. I almost asked to be able to take them home, but the diagnosis was trophy enough.

After which I'm intrigued by these options!

And then, progress! Wilma's new discovery allowed us to isolate Ollie and give Wilma a chance to step inside for the first time. Lexie is thrilled!

Sunday update for #wilmathecat
Wilma has discovered the back of the house, and was enjoying the sunshine (if not the dirty paving stones 🫣)

Today: #wilmathecat and the Rainbow
(Cropped to remove the bins, but I couldn't do anything about the unkempt hedge behind, and the scale is all wrong - sorry!)

Ollie is very unimpressed that she likes his treats, but is at least being civil with her. I think he's frustrated that she doesn't want to play

#wilmathecat update:
No progress on getting her to come into the house, but we think that she has somewhere to shelter because the weather was stinking the last week and she's still with us. Today the weather was better and she settled on my lazy gardening pile dried of grass

This is my first time trying this meme, so be gentle with me...

Sited as it apparently is, in the sea in Dundrum Bay off the coast of County Down and approximately 85 miles away from the town of Clones (Ireland), I'm a little sceptical too...

Sorry to be that person but I was looking for any near us, and I hope it's not this one!

Good grief - it's a real thing!! There has to be some kind of egregious trademark/copyright violation there

I hope you get more sleep soon (in my experience the key to all happiness)!

We currently have a Wilma (named by us) who has decided to stay with us for a while. Outside for now, but we remain hopeful that Ollie will relax enough to extend an indoor welcome soon

A special photo for you in gratitude - we're trying to persuade Wilma (we already named her!) to live with us, and this was what greeted my daughter this morning (please ignore the messy foreground)

How long before RKF jnr wheels out [disgraced fraudster, anti-vaccine activist, and doctor who has been struck off the UK medical register] Andrew Wakefield as an expert in these matters?

MTG's face is in there somewhere...
