Again, not my point. I don't disagree with the broadcast's core message but this edit was demonstrably skewed and deliberately made in such a way that disguised the editing. I might be naive and all my news are edited in such a fashion but I'd prefer my news as unbiased as possible.

I agree... so why edit the footage in such a way? It opens the BBC up to legitimate questioning of their reporting thereby casting doubts on the validity of their assertion that Trump incited violence. That is why the edit is problematic.

An organisation intentionally uses misleading editing to misrepresent the news, creating a skewed perception of reality in its viewership that pays for its unbiased reporting and you don't mind? What if they had used editing to make Trump look good? You'd be fine with that as well?

OK, let's continue then. We need more data. How far is the car parked on the pavement? four tires or two? How far does it encroach on the pedestrians freedom of movement? These things need to be considered. 😁
