I'm trying to figure out how to "staff" a volunteer labeler that only manually processes reports for things that are actual TOS violations, but slip through the official system. Appeals decided by 60% team vote, 10 overturned calls and you're off the team, full transparency, the works

Video game characters are not actually real. They don’t bleed, they can’t get their feelings hurt, they can’t be betrayed because they are a collection of pixels and code and words and sound files.
The game devs I’m lucky to work with are real people who deserve at least basic human respect.
