Using NeuronChat to assess cell:cell signalling across the hypothalamus, Sam found that this increased activity was likely the result of increased glutamate signalling and reduced GABA signalling to POMC cells. 10/12

In order to understand this phenotype, @samanthajsyoon.bsky.social used scRNAseq to look at gene expression in fasted and re-fed knockout hypothalamus. 8/12
