Our first attempt at Carbonara since Italy. The pasta to sauce ratio is a little off and we had to use bacon instead of guanciale, but oh my goodness, it transported us right back to Urbania!

The thing I love most about students is watching their unbridled creativity take flight. From the characters developed by the singers, to the designs of our intimacy director, to the choreography invented by our dancers, I am amazed at the interesting interpretation of this work that is being born.
