We only get the timetable so no idea if the bus is actually on the way. So many get cancelled.

Is it the timetable or the actual bus? We have that nonsense here and it just displays the timetable, not the actual time the bus will appear.

They've gone too far in the cost cutting in the catering, it's nowhere near as good as it used to be. And not just cutting the cream for the scones.

Yes, even though the book is 'an introduction' if readers are likely to be well aware of what the subjects are then don't, but you probably need to do something about citations. If the publisher has given guidance do that. Usually in the UK it is names outside the brackets that count.

into subheadings below her name. It's sometimes a fine line between a citation and a discussion but you know what you wrote about. You could also hide her as a subheading under a subject main heading - Fricker on.

Your book seems to be about something that Fricker is well known for and you probably cite her a lot. If the mentions of Fricker are just citations, carry on, do a list, that's fine. If you are discussing aspects of her work you probably need a heading and break down about what aspects you discuss

Don't forget the bells were preserved and have been maintained and rung regularly.

Not yet - see the @asindexing.bsky.social statement asindexing.org/ai-news/stat... A human indexer would have caught that kind of error. An AI one might if it had been taught to do so.
