In 8th grade we read Judith Guest’s remarkable novel Ordinary People as a class then watched Robert Redford’s expertly directed film. It was the first time I saw how depression is not only a singular experience. It can be rooted in family itself. Thus began my fascination with adaptations. Watch it!

Idk about you guys BUT racing through things I love or that celebrate things I love does not spark joy. Most of the people in our industry are…barely…hanging…on so seeing light on others helps. There shouldn’t be a fake incentive to ‘get through’ joy. TV IS FUN and…HARD WORK! #emmys

The entire room stood up for the Adolescence teen actor. Watched it last night. It’s harrowing. Each episode done as oners (one shot) which is also the main story in The Studio episode that Rogen and Evan Goldberg one for directing. If you know, you know! #emmys
