International nurses once arrived in the UK with hope and purpose - but many are now leaving, disillusioned by systemic inequality, exclusion, and lack of support.

Doctors, nurses, and health care staff in Wales are forced to care for patients in unsafe places without access to life-saving equipment and where dignified care isn't possible.

RCN Wales and @bmacymru.bsky.social are urging Welsh Government to end #corridorcare.

Megathread of pro-trans petitions on Parliament’s petition website. If Labour suddenly gets hit with debates for a bunch of pro-trans petitions, maybe they’ll realise this issue isn’t going away and they’ve fucked up.

I’ll add more as I find them.

This campaign has been some of the most important work I have done in life so far. It has been such a privilege to stand beside these incredible nurses and fight for what is right for the people of Wales.
At the Senedd last week, @rcn.org.uk members told politicians all about the unique role nursing students play in NHS Wales and why Cardiff University’s proposal to axe its nursing courses must not go ahead.

Cardiff nursing lectures continue to demonstrate the value they bring to the nursing profession. I am consistently impressed by the amount of passion and professionalism displayed at this uncertain and challenging time. Da iawn.
In response to Cardiff University’s proposal to discontinue nurse education, lecturer Louise Crawford shares how her students are at the forefront of all that she does and says she'll continue to speak out and defend the future of the nursing profession.

This was a really positive meeting. The world is a scary place at the moment but by getting involved you can make yourself heard. It feels like we are at the end of the story but we aren’t, we are in the middle of the story and we all need to work together to make a better ending.
Yesterday, our student and academic members talked with Members of the Senedd about Cardiff University's proposals, sharing their unique insights into why nursing in Wales would be diminished without the School of Nursing.
