Congrats to New Yorkers but what the fuck is wrong with the billionaires. 26 of them and they only spent measly $22 million?!?! With 26 billionaires I kinda expect at LEAST they’d spend half billions on preventing something that obviously they don’t want to happen. Cheapskates!😂

Can someone explain to me why the first code triggers linter error but the second not? I assume it's because obj.asiaTime in deps array caused the effect to be run more frequently?🤔

I think I found a bug with the new 'use cache: private' in @nextjs.org 16. When I call updateTag("B") in a server action, function that has 'use cache: private' and cacheTag("A") got revalidated too. It shouldn't, right?
Or do I misunderstand the caching mechanism?
