Unbelievable how this once great nation has allowed one man to wreak such destruction upon it, with such minimal opposition. There is no one defending your country, it’s ongoing and looks unlikely to stop; frightening..

I find the “I don’t do politics” brigade so infuriating! I have good friends with nous & intelligence who just prefer to stay in some kind of bubble rather than take note of what’s going on across the world at the moment.They think things are happening elsewhere but don’t see it’s coming our way too

I think it’s the destructive technologies - a dumbed-down population is easier to control & manipulate.For those with no such agenda it is driven by greed & the belief that these technologies will bring efficiencies & profit but there’s no foresight of the damage we are self-inflicting on ourselves

And I swear, once again, this is not dunking on kids. We are seeing this at all levels--even grad students. AI + social media has had a profound impact on how we think and process our world, and we can't stop to reflect on it, because billionaires keep hurling addictive tech at us.
