The pottery aim for this year is a set of dinnerware. It’s taken me a month to get eight side plates and six bowls in the first edition of tests and possibilities so with shapes to try out, glazes to test and then the whole making thing, I should be done by 2031.

Just finished sewing in the ends on the new gloves. They’re so lofty and soft, looking forward to wearing them out tomorrow, when they will soon be covered in mud.

These are the ones I made towards the end of last year. I was really happy with how lightweight they are, but am
aiming for a bit more consistency and a smaller diameter so that I can fit three to a kiln shelf. #pottery #handthrownplates
