I was thinking of Minimum Wage, which DOES NOT, & is why video games are unaffordable to so many.

The graph shows *inflation-adjusted* earnings up 15%; face dollar value is up much higher.
The infl-adj earnings change from $100 to $115 should be compared to infl-adj v.g. value "change" of $60 to $60, not *face value* change of $60 -> $100.
