Watching ‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’ for the first time, and now I feel like I’ve lived 47 lifetimes, fought with a fanny pack, and emotionally bonded with a bagel. 10/10, would existential crisis again.

Nothing says ‘Merry Christmas’ like the liquor store parking lot looking like a Black Friday sale. Santa’s sleigh might run on magic, but Uncle Joe needs his eggnog fuel.

Christmas with ADHD 🎄:

Day 1: Tree is up. Feels festive already!
Day 10: Still no ornaments, but the lights are doing all the heavy lifting.
Day 15: Convince yourself it’s a vibe—“simple and modern, you know?”
Day 23: Accept that the tree is naked, and that’s okay.

I’m at the age where I avoid standing-room-only concerts. They just hit different in your 40s. By song three, I’m questioning my life choices. By song five, I’m praying for something to lean on. Is this a concert or CrossFit?

Working with my ADHD is like having 47 tabs open in my brain, and none of them are responding… except the one playing something inappropriate in the background on repeat.

Christmas is the only time of year when it’s socially acceptable to sit in your living room staring at a dead tree while eating an entire box of cookies in your pajamas. Truly magical.
