😔exactly like that here… you’re not allowed to plant an orange tree in your garden if you live near an ancient site… (although it depends who you are & what you want to build…! Lots of that atm 😔)

We made another trip to the thermal baths on Wednesday. Lovely on chilly, rainy days- quite a journey across the island though. I’m just fascinated by the way the hot, steaming water flows out from underground into the scrubby, unremarkable landscape

I made chilli sauce from our chillis. Wasn’t quite sure of the yield. Last year we had more but it was more watery. Delicious though🥵

It’s raining at last! And the misty grey light completely changes the look of everything on the morning walk. I even saw a face in the rock (expressing amazement that for once the sun is not shining)

Juno is modelling her thunder jacket today. She far prefers it to wearing her cone - to stop her from aggravating a patch of sore skin on her back. 😊
