In terms of the top seven it's two changes from the side who lined up Vs Australia in the Summer. Root and Buttler in for Jacks and Bethell, Buttler injured then and Bethell injured now.
I think you can't judge BMac as an ODI Coach until he has had a chance to put more of a stamp on
