We're beginning to see the true sensitivity of climate to greenhouse gases, and it's bigger than almost anyone expected. A huge challenge to us all to avoid runaway climate. Energy transition, justice, sustainable buildings / agriculture / horticulture.

One of the great things about modern heat pump systems is the availability of neat fan-assisted radiators instead of the large unsightly rads used in the past. This enables efficient heating, even in restricted spaces like our kitchen.

Great to see the historic carpenter's marks that showed (pre-assembly) which horizontal timber should slot into which vertical timber. Elegant simplicity 400y before Ikea!

Excited to own an air source heat pump, now heating our 16th/17th century solid-walled house in chilly Shropshire, England to a cosy 20-21°C, with plenty of heating power to spare when needed. We're zero carbon ready and finally free of the noise and stink from that obsolete oil boiler #heatgeeks
