It depends where you are, believe it or not. Seattle with an amazing hospital (when not cut in personnel, pay, etc)? It’s good. A South Jersey clinic the size of a 7-11? Wasn’t.
And the secret is: service-connected % is subjective based on different reviewers. It’s a tough re-eval system/hoops.

At 18-20 years old and not knowing the full possibilities (aside from death) that you have no ideas about. I never regret it, but it’s not something I’ll thump my chest about.

I’d be all for it, but I’m no politician. I’m a good social person, but too blunt when it may take more finesse.
