Family was kind and paid for an acupuncture appointment this morning for my back nerve pain cause it’s been at a level 9/10 (and I want to avoid taking more harsh stomach killing opiates) it really helped a lot, I think I can get by today on just some Tylenol/heat pad ❤️❤️

If you are in a quiet medical waiting room and decide not only to leave your ringer on but to let it ring at max volume 3x and then answer and take the entire call as well without even going outside you are such a rude POS 🤬

Me trying to explain to judgey people who ask: “Why can’t you keep a sleep schedule for more than a month?” Yeah if you don’t have a disability/chronic illness with constant pain, nausea and GI distress episodes then you won’t get it. It either prevents sleep or wakes you up mid cycle 😭🤢

Fucking unreal. Applied for disability tax credit (aka the only way to get the Canada Disability Benefit) in May, took til now for them to even look at it and now they just say “need more info” and could take until Xmas to even give me an answer which given this I bet is no.

I want to be able to say I did something more interesting than “Survived the day and didn’t screw up my sleep schedule” Really hoping to make
some health, mobility and energy gains from new medication(s) but what really would help is a damn family doctor to manage it all 😭 Canada needs more doctors.

The main thing about me planning/beginning a fitness, diet, health plan (especially when navigating it and being on a zillion meds for chronic illnesses) is your whole day looks insanely scheduled to the minute to accommodate your meals and various pills and supplements 🤣😂

Power outage first thing this morning woke me up cause my fan and rain noise app went out. So I’m short 2 hours of sleep and want it back 😴 Thank god for cellular data or I would be bored AF. Hopefully power comes back on soon.

I always laugh that with the giant plethora of prescriptions I’m on that mostly all cause fatigue and nausea that my body is like “bitch we need to get healthy and off all these meds…but until then drink more caffeine” 🤣

Wow I got my first toxic player in FF14 in quite awhile. Tank decided I was overhealing him (his health was constantly plummeting despite being a warrior) dude doesn’t use his cooldowns/mit but shits on me for the ENTIRE dungeon. Got me so upset. I’m not used to dickheads on 14 it’s so rare.
