I think this hot weather is too much for our Alfie!

I have been doing some DIY today. Painting the front windowsill as the paint was peeling. Fitting new hinges on the toilet seat as one was loose and wouldn't tighten. DIY is not my thing. Now in the pub, which is! Having a lovely pint. Happy. Even if my dog is now getting bored.

I think he should be showing more respect today - 17 years married yo my wonderful wife.

The weather is too bad for a walk, and Stanley is clearly distraught he can't go walkies.

Saw this so had to have one. Greene King Abbot Reserve. Cracking!

Sitting here waiting for news from the vet on my cockapoo Stanley's operation to remove 4 more big cysts, including one on his eyelid. It's the 3rd op in the psdt year. Pets are family members.
