youtube removed it, but
here's the 60 minutes cecot video part 1 of 5 - recorded/uploaded by and all credit to @jasonparis.bsky.social

I just reduced background noise, chopped the 14 minutes into 3 minute segments each compressed under 100 mb for bsky's limits, cropped and rotated a few degrees for easier viewing on here

A wise U-turn:
"We have listened closely to farmers across the country and we are making changes today to protect more ordinary family farms. We are increasing the individual threshold from £1m to £2.5m which means couples with estates of up to £5m will now pay no inheritance tax on their estates."

"The red columns show the months in which Trump was in the White House, while the blue columns reflect Biden’s term."

U.S intelligence report.

So correct, so obvious, and still beyond the comprehension of the U.S. own government.

Is there any legitimate reason not to appoint an independent #SpecialProsecutor and Grand Jury, giving them unredacted access to everything in the Epstein files?

Has a day gone by under Bondi when the DoJ hasn't actively perverted the course of justice?

Hands up those who think the US pausing the UK-US trade deal is leverage to support Trump's absurd claim of $10billion from the #BBC?

Trump after all is nothing but transactional in every area of policy and as corrupt as they come.

Much like Trump then...

"Maduro is widely considered a dictator, leading an authoritarian government characterized by electoral fraud, serious human rights abuses, rampant corruption, and severe economic hardship."

President Zelenskyy is in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region today ‼️🤯

The town, declared "liberated" by russian propaganda, remains a fierce battleground. In reality, our forces destroyed the majority of the invading troops. Yet a few pockets of fighting remains.

Not so long ago conservative parties all over Europe and the US would have proudly proclaimed themselves to be #anti-fascist.

So once you put some performance politics to one side, it turns out that Trump really was a Russian stooge all along.

There's much misinformation on the relative cost of UK pensions and other welfare benefits. As a proportion of Government Total Managed Expenditure, we're spending less than we were over recent decades, not more. Health spending is up, as is debt interest. Data to 22/23, IFS.

Only two countries have banned me from travelling to them. Syria under Hafez Al Assad and the USA under Donald Trump. Sign of the times.

The 2026 World Cup is looking ever more like the 1936 Olympics. In years to come people will ask why we didn't all boycott the whole thing. There won't be credible answers, beyond money.

If Elon Musk wants help in giving away money to charities doing great, impactful work, I'm happy to help. Having a Foundation that repeatedly fails to give away the required amount of donations will be seen by many as a deceitful tax dodge.

Reeves is right to extend the freeze on tax thresholds & right to raise the tax on high value properties & right to scrap the two child benefit cap, but still fails to grasp the need to fairly tax super wealth and income. And the new tax on electric vehicle mileage is bonkers. #budget

We are in a bizarre moment of diplomatic history. The purported "peace plan" that appeared a few days ago begins in Russian unreality and American weakness. Demanding everything of Ukraine and nothing of Russia, its purpose is imperialism and profiteering.
