A writer who loves planning and journaling.
Read the article and I'm so shocked all this has been happening. I had no idea that this kind of thing could really go so deep into politics.

Smh. Sorry this show is getting canceled. I never personally followed outside of clips online.

Milo, with my bedroom door wide open for him and a house full of chairs and sofas and beds, has chosen instead to sleep on a folded up towel in the hallway that he barely fits on like a sad Victorian orphan 😂

I find my cat annoying because she spends all day screaming, yowling, and begging for a pinch of Mexican Style Four Cheese Blend, but one day no one in this home will scream, yowl, or beg for Mexican Style Four Cheese Blend and I will be sad

Big fan of democracy but we'll have to admit it's an L of historic proportions to get subverted and destroyed not by some strategic genius but by possibly the dumbest man on earth

Keep in mind that the cuts to Medicaid don’t go into effect until late 2026 conveniently after the midterm elections. Do not be fooled. Vote these ghouls out. Show up and VOTE in the midterms.

Yes actually now is a great time to share good news

Now is a great time to celebrate the good news of strangers

To be the kind of people who are happy for other people to have good things happen to them

Yes indeed

So…

The bill passed?

I mean… I’m not surprised…

But like… there are still SO MANY PEOPLE who have absolutely no idea just how fucked we are.

This will have decades-long repercussions.

This isn’t okay.

Ugh.

I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.

Finished ✅

The Doctor's Discretion by E. E. Ottoman.

This was a nice lgbtq+ historical romance about two doctor's brought together and an unexpected crime heist as well.

It took me a month to finish lol but still a good read.

What have you recently finished?

📙The Antidote: Happiness for People Who Can't Stand Positive Thinking by Oliver Burkeman.

What books have you bought recently? Have you read either of these?

Started the Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron again this past weekend and started doing affirmations in my car.

Here’s one I like that the author presents in the book:

💭I am allowed to nurture my artist.💭

What’s a quote or affirmation you like??
