Getting to the stage where this site is 'necessary'. X remains necessary for news aggregation, but should be regarded as a postmodern/hyperreal State Media sociopathy engine.

Mailer was correct on this count - JFK (and, later, RFK) "gave unwilling charge to energies confined to the underground".
